One General Agency (OGA), headquartered in Oklahoma City, promoted and hired several new team members to leadership positions.
OGA promoted Taylor Matthews to vice president of operations. Matthews spent eight years with Jaeger + Haines before joining OGA during an acquisition in 2024. She will oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations.
Russ Iden is OGA’s newest marketing specialist. Iden comes to OGA with over 30 years of experience in the retail insurance industry, including leadership positions at Progressive and AAA.
Kraig Rosenow has been promoted to OGA’s director of underwriting. He joined OGA three years ago from Cap Specialty.
Jana Anderson started her career with OGA over 30 years ago. She has rejoined OGA as a senior advisor. She creates learning opportunities and training resources for the OGA team.
