Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty LLC has acquired Professional Medical Insurance Services (PMIS), headquartered in Houston, with seven other offices across the country.
This PMIS medical and malpractice group will further expand the Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty Healthcare Division, headed by Guy Feist in the Oklahoma City office.
Professional Medical Insurance Services works exclusively within the healthcare industry and has become one of the leading insurance brokerages in the country for hospitals, physicians, diagnostic centers, and managed care companies. With the focus on client needs, PMIS has built solid market relationships with the vast majority of insurance markets that provide property and casualty products specifically for medical facilities and practitioners.
Bill Reiss of PMIS will remain on in a leadership role for Seeman Holtz Healthcare.
