Alliant Insurance Services Inc. has acquired CLS Partners in Austin, Texas.
Clint Scott, CEO of CLS PartnerS, along with the CLS Partners management team and staff, will join Alliant and continue to service clients from offices in Austin and Dallas.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
CLS Partners is a provider of employee benefits, risk management, retirement and technology consulting services
Newport Beach, Calif.-based Alliant provides property/casualty, workers’ compensation, employee benefits, surety, and financial products and services.
