The Surplus Lines Stamping Office of Texas (SLSOT) announced it is simplifying communications with new business phone number listings and an upgraded telecommunication system.
The new system will be in place Oct. 30, but to prevent any loss of contact, all current and existing numbers, including the toll-free number, will remain operational through the end of the year.
The new SLSOT main number is (512) 531-1880. It replaces (512) 346-3274.
The new toll-free number is (800) 681-5848; replacing (800) 449-6394.
The telephone system conversion will help streamline communication and better serve customers by routing calls more efficiently, as well as providing direct measures for customers who need immediate assistance or information with SLSOT staff employees.
A complete list of SLSOT’s telephone numbers will be made available on the website and will be included in the newsletter or other available communication vehicles.
