Dallas-based Roach Howard Smith & Barton (RHSB) Insurance Agency announced it has implemented a summer internship program, with Adam Harmon, a junior at Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business, as its first intern.
Harmon is majoring in Accounting and minoring in Energy.
During 10 weeks this summer, Harmon will be spending time with each department at RHSB in order to get a 360 view of agency operations with an emphasis on new business marketing, commercial lines, and risk services.
