The Woodlands Financial Group (TWFG) a large privately held insurance organization headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, announced it has acquired Texans CUSO Insurance Group LLC dba Heartland Marketing Group.
Heartland Marketing and Heartland Specialty will be merged into TWFG General Agency while Heartland Insurance Group will be integrated into TWFG Insurance Services.
TWFG believes the strategic acquisition of the Heartland Marketing Group will be seamless and provide synergies for all as TWFG will be introducing new tools, products and automation for its agents and clients.
TWFG was founded in 2001.
