Dallas-based Sleeper Sewell Insurance Services Inc. announced that Von Breaux is now responsible for leading the company as part of his duties as recently named president and chief executive officer of ANBTX Insurance Services Inc.
Sleeper Sewell is one of the operating divisions of ANBTX Insurance Services. Breaux began his new position on May 18.
William E. Sleeper, former president and CEO of Sleeper Sewell, has been named vice chairman of ANBTX Insurance Services.
Breaux comes to Sleeper Sewell from Guaranty Insurance Services, where he served as executive vice president. He brings to Sleeper Sewell more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, holding executive positions in areas such as sales management, risk management and corporate operations.
Founded in 1962 by Dwight Sleeper, Sleeper Sewell Insurance Services Inc. is a division of ANBTX Insurance Services Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of American National Bank of Texas.
