Chloe Lieberknecht, a policy analyst with the Texas Sunset Advisory Commission will discuss the “Legislative Sunset Process” at the 37th Annual Insurance Day held by the Central Texas Chapter of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) and the Austin Association of Insurance Professionals (AAIP).
The Texas Department of Insurance is currently being evaluated by the Sunset Advisory Commission.
The event will be held at the Doubletree Hotel, North IH-35 at 290, Austin, Texas, on March 28, 2008.
The program also will include continuing education approved seminars by David Plaut and Catherine Hanna on “Texas Good Faith Claims Handling;” Elizabeth Ducker on “Boiler & Machinery-It’s Not What It Used To Be;” and a general session by Richard Berthelsen on “Enterprise Risk Management.”
