Stone Oak Underwriters, LLC, of San Antonio, Texas, announced it has entered into a program administrators agreement with Berkley Underwriting Partners LLC, to provide public officials E&O, EPLI and law enforcement liability coverage for public entities through independent insurance agents.
“We are pleased to work with Berkley Underwriting Partners LLC and be able to offer independent agents the flexibility of writing their entities professional coverage stand alone or as part of a package”, commented Tom Ramsbacher, president of Stone Oak Underwriters.
Stone Oak’s initial program administrator focus is providing insurance solutions for small to medium sized public entity risks in 12 states: AL, GA, IN, KY, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX and WI.
