The announced that its CIC Agency Management Institute, presented with The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, will take place Jan. 19 – 22, 2005, in Tulsa.
The CIC Agency Management Institute covers the important internal operations and factors that are necessary to successfully run an agency in today’s business world. A case study is used throughout the program for practical application of the theories, methods and procedures.
Topics covered include: elements of agency development; agency marketing; agency operations; human resources; financial analysis; legal and ethical responsibilities; and client retention and services.
This institute is approved for 16 credit hours, including two hours of ethics, one hour of LTC, and one hour of HCR. It is also approved for 12 hours of “adjustor” credit, in Oklahoma. Registration begins at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday with an optional exam on Saturday from 8:30-10:30 a.m.
