Texas-based certified managing general agency, Surplus Inc., announced it has moved its headquarters from The Woodlands to nearby Conroe. The company said the relocation was necessitated by its substantial growth.
“We are fortunate that our business has grown steadily in this difficult market,” said Lyle Ashley, Surplus Inc. president. “My goal was to move into an office that will accommodate our current growth while allowing for our future needs as well. We were able to purchase an existing building in Conroe, Texas, and renovated it to meet the needs of our staff.”
