
American International Group Inc., headquartered in New York City, named Scott Hallworth as chief digital officer, effective September 1. Hallworth will be responsible for leading ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½’s digital, data and GenAI strategy. Based in New York City, he will become a member of ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½’s executive leadership team.
Hallworth joins ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ from Hewlett Packard Inc. He has served as chief data officer at Fortune 500 companies including HP Inc. and Capital One. Hallworth also brings deep insurance and risk management expertise, having held executive roles at insurance companies, including Travelers, where he was senior vice president and chief actuary.
FM Names Long Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Commercial property insurer FM, headquartered in Johnston, Rhode Island, named Tara Long as senior vice president, chief information officer (CIO). Long will oversee FM’s technology strategy.
Long joins FM from MassMutual, where she most recently served as chief technology officer and head of enterprise infrastructure services. At MassMutual, she also served as CIO, corporate and institutional solutions, as well as in divisional CIO roles. Long previously held roles at Gerber Scientific Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Long succeeds Srini Krishnamurthy, who was recently named senior vice president, FM India.
