Zurich NA Appoints Bessette as Chief Data Officer

Zurich North America, headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois, appointed Kristen Bessette as chief data officer.

Based on the East Coast, Bessette previously held multiple senior positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Boston, culminating in her role as senior vice president and chief actuary for commercial insurance. She also served as chief actuary, data and analytics officer at QBE North America.

O’Neill Named Head of NFP’s Financial Institutions Group

NFP, an Aon company headquartered in New York, named Patrick O’Neill as head of its Financial Institutions Group (FIG). He succeeds Lauren Kim, named the company’s regional managing director for P/C in the Northeast.

O’Neill previously served as a senior vice president within FIG. He joined NFP in 2016 from Everest National Insurance Company, where was a manger. He previously served as an underwriter at ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½.
