Front Street Re, an operating subsidiary of Lexasure Financial Group Limited headquartered in Georgetown, Cayman Islands, appointed Edison Fong as CEO.
Before joining Front Street Re, Fong was a director at Converge Re and an actuary at Manulife Financial, where he held leadership roles building a project team within the Global Variable Annuities division and had previously worked in the Group Risk Capital and U.S. Life departments. Fong also worked as an actuarial co-op at Pacific Life Re, Munich Re, Towers Watson and Foresters.
Carmichael Beazley’s New Head of US Cyber
Beazley announced the appointment of Melissa Carmichael as head of US cyber, effective immediately. Based in New York, Carmichael will report to Paul Bantick, global head of cyber risks.
Carmichael joins from Aon, where she most recently held the role of managing director, specialty & middle market leader. Prior to this she spent more than 16 years at Marsh where she went on to become managing director, NY FINPRO practice leader.
