Ryan Specialty appointed Thomas Nash as president of CorRisk Solutions, the wholesale distribution professional liability managing general underwriter, a part of Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers. CorRisk is headquartered in Atlanta, Ga.

Nash previously served as president of Kelly Underwriting Services, part of CorRisk. He joined Ryan Specialty through the acquisition of Socius Insurance Services in July 2023, where he was the founding principal and president of Kelly Underwriting Services.

Other recent CorRisk promotions have included Christine Defelice to head of operations, Jennifer Mayer to head of miscellaneous professional lines and Darren Racine to head of the architects and engineers.

ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Board Votes In Investment Banker Dunne

American International Group (ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½) announced its Board of Directors elected James (Jimmy) Dunne III as an independent director, effective December 1, 2023.

Dunne is vice chairman and senior managing principal of Piper Sandler, an investment bank and financial services company. He was a co-founder of Sandler O’Neill & Partners, which was acquired by Piper Jaffray in 2020.
