Insurance broker Marsh announced that Eddie Albers has joined the firm to lead its U.S. Life Sciences practice.
As the leader of Marsh’s U.S. Life Science Practice, Albers will play a key role in assisting life sciences companies as they confront unprecedented risk exposure and lead the fight against COVID-19.
Albers joins Marsh from Aon, where for the last 14 years he served as National Director of Aon’s Life Sciences Group. For five years prior to that position, he was a lead analyst for Aon’s Life Sciences and Healthcare unit.
Based in Portland, Oregon, Albers reports to Jeffrey Alpaugh, Marsh’s U.S. and Canada Growth and Industry leader.
Albers succeeds Doug Carey, who is transitioning to a client service executive role within Marsh.
