Insurance technology firm Vertafore has hired marketing executive John Antanaitis as its new chief marketing officer.
Antanaitis is a board advisor at EquityDoor, a real estate investing portal, and was previously CMO at ZiipRoom (acquired by Bose Corp.) for a year and spent 15 years in various marketing leadership roles at the voice and video conferencing firm Polycom. His background also includes work in product and brand management for Motorola, Stanley Black & Decker and ACCO Brands.
“Vertafore and the value we bring to our users is one of the best kept secrets in the industry,” Antanaitis said. He said Vertafore’s strategy will be to become more visible throughout the industry by “sharing insights, best practices and strategies insurers and agencies can use to better serve their customers.”
