Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) has hired Scott Setzer as an executive underwriter for Aviation, and Adam Johnson as an Aviation underwriter.
Setzer will be based in Alpharetta, Georgia and Johnson in Denver. They will focus on strengthening relationships with brokers and clients, securing new business as well as providing general underwriting support to the overall Aviation business in North America.
Setzer joins with more than 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry, having held positions at ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Aerospace, Global Aerospace and Travelers. Most recently, he was vice president with Berkley Aviation.
Johnson most recently was a client support specialist for Transport Risk Management Inc. of Colorado, where he gained experience with unmanned aerial systems). Before this, he was a certified flight instructor for the University of North Dakota Flight Operations as well as a student services representative with the university’s Aerospace Foundation.
