Swiss Re Corporate Solutions has named Chris Grabowksi as head of Middle Market Casualty, responsible for overseeing a team of middle market underwriters across North America and working with brokers and clients.
Based in Chicago, he succeeds Diane Link, who was recently appointed head of Excess & Surplus Casualty.
Grabowski brings 30 years of insurance experience to this role, with various roles in underwriting and management with a focus on excess casualty. Since joining Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in 2011, he has been Expert Products manager in casualty, where he provided underwriting support and expertise for the firm’s lead umbrella product. Prior to joining Swiss Re, Grabowski was with Zurich Financial Services for 13 years and ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ for eight.
