Breckenridge Insurance Group has formed Vista Insurance Advisors, a new company for the transactional and mergers & acquisitions market offering various coverage options.

Vista Insurance Advisors is led by Chief Executive Officer Thomas Dowd based in New York. Dowd has more than 35 years of experience in all classes of transactional and management liability coverage including reps and warranties products. Dowd has worked for and with ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½, Lloyd’s, Crum & Forster, Employers Insurance of Wausau and Seneca Insurance.
