NationsBuilders Insurance Services, Inc. (NBIS), a provider of specialty construction insurance and a portfolio company of SunTx Capital Partners, has added workers’ compensation coverage from an A+ A.M. Best rated carrier for heavy construction industries.
Workers’ compensation coverage is offered in addition to primary coverage for the heavy equipment industry including: crane, rigging, millwright, specialized transportation and concrete pumping operations. NBIS is now accepting workers’ compensation applications along with primary coverage requests.
According to Bill Tepe, president of NBIS, the company is now offering all lines of business for the construction industry, which he added is a benefit to its brokers, producers and insureds’ from a customer service and a claims perspective.
