EvoSure, a technology company with a web-based platform that brings together commercial insurance brokers with underwriters, has expanded its advisory board to include Peter Lynch, a 20-year veteran in insurance technology who was formerly president of LexisNexis Insurance Exchange.
Lynch has also served in executive positions at LexisNexis Solutions, ChoicePoint, ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Technologies and Cover-All Technologies, all focused on insurance data and technology.
LexisNexis closed down the Insurance Exchange, which was also a collaborative platform for streamlining transactions between brokers and carriers, in February, 2013 after launching it in late 2010.
EvoSure’s advisory board assists the company with strategic matters, introductions and product development.
In addition to Lynch, the board includes Mike Boyle, Perseus Technical Strategies; Dick Cagney, Cagney Research Group; Michael Corey, MJC Ventures Inc.; John Scully, Insurance Distribution Network; Mike Cook, Clarity Services; Bryan Jacon, HomeAway and Chris LaCava, director of product management at Visible Health.
EvoSure is privately funded and based in Austin, Texas.
