San Francisco-based cloud software firm Vlocity has launched an app designed for the insurance industry.
The new Vlocity industry app allows large enterprise and medium-size businesses to connect with their customers, partners and employees in a manner consistent with the unique demands of their specific industries.
According to the firm, the Vlocity Insurance app allows individual life, employee benefits and select property/ casualty insurance companies sectors to offer policy quoting, pricing and renewal tools, and correct product advice and risk evaluation for consumer, commercial and group insurance
Vlocity Insurance is currently available on the Salesforce AppExchange.
Each Vlocity industry app includes a mobile application built upon the Salesforce1 mobile SDK and is powered by the Salesforce1 Mobile App. Vlocity Insurance includes optional mobile applications native to the iPhone and iPad.
