Aspen US Insurance has appointed Roxanne Mitchell as executive vice president and chief casualty officer.
She will report to Bob Rheel, executive vice president and head of U.S. Property Casualty.
Mitchell has a 35-year industry career, with nearly 20 years at Lexington and most recently serving as the president of Excess and Surplus Lines at XL.
