Bermuda-based specialty insurer Ironshore Inc. promoted Timothy R. White to senior vice president of U.S. wholesale distribution. He will be based in Boston.
White will be responsible for the strategy and planning of Ironshore’s U.S. wholesale business platform throughout the U.S., as well as the management of Ironshore’s U.S. wholesale offices. He will report to Joseph L. Boren, president of Ironshore’s U.S. field operations.
White joined Ironshore in 2011, serving as a senior production specialist for the property wholesale unit. In 2012, he was promoted to vice president of Ironshore’s wholesale East property team.
Prior to joining Ironshore, White served with Ace’s wholesale property unit in Chicago, as well as holding a variety of underwriting positions in the property sector with RLI Corp.
