Currently eligible states include Alaska; Arizona; California; Colorado; Delaware; Idaho; Indiana; Iowa; Maine; Maryland; Minnesota; Montana; New Hampshire; New Mexico; North Carolina; North Dakota; Ohio; Oregon; Pennsylvania; South Carolina; South Dakota; Tennessee; Utah; Vermont; Virgina; Washington; Wisconsin; and Wyoming.
