Young property/casualty insurance agents and brokers across the U.S. are being called upon to answer some questions … and have some fun.
Gen X, Gen Y agents: who are you? What do you really think about your career? About your industry? What do you like and dislike about being an independent agent? Are you fairly compensated?
Insurance Journal has launched its annual online and is inviting all licensed property/casualty agents and brokers who are 40 years old and younger to join in.
The takes about 10 minutes to complete. The questions touch on attitudes and opportunities as well as management issues.
How many hours do you work? Do you want to be an owner someday or are you already one? Is there room for advancement where you work? Are you stymied in pursuing new ideas? Do you work in a family-run agency?
All individual agent and broker replies are confidential. Aggregate results will be reported in Insurance Journal magazine on April 16 and online.
All survey participants will receive an early copy of the survey report.
