Neace Lukens has launched a new energy consulting service as part of its risk management division, CORE Solutions Property Services (CSPS). This energy service program was established as part of new business relationships forged with Ecotech Renewable Engineering, a Cincinnati, Ohio-based renewable energy developer and consultant and Eagle Energy, LLC, a Cincinnati, Ohio-based alternative electricity supplier and energy consultant.
Through this new service, CORE Solutions will work directly with clients to review their energy expenses and usage seeking opportunities to optimize consumption and reduce overall energy spend. The custom energy programs developed can mean facilitating a switch to a less expensive electricity supplier or creating a plan that integrates all relevant technology, tax incentives, rebates and financing to help an organization realize sustainable, affordable increases in energy efficiency.
