American International Group Inc. directors Virginia M. Rometty and Michael H. Sutton will not seek re-election at the insurer’s annual meeting, an ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission showed on Tuesday.

The company usually holds its annual meeting in May.

ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ has been bailed out by the U.S. government with up to $180 billion in taxpayer funds.
