Stephen F. Bollenbach, former CEO of Hilton Hotels Corp., has been elected to the board of directors of American International Group.
Bollenbach, 65, has also served as a CFO of the Walt Disney Co. and CEO of Host Marriott Corp., and CFO of the Trump Organization.
He is a director of several other corporations, Harrah’s Entertainment Inc., Time Warner Inc., Macy’s Inc. and KB Home, where he is chairman of the board. He also serves as a member of the board of directors of Teach for America and Los Angeles World Affairs Council.
