San Diego-based Coronado Insurance Wholesale Services has added a new admitted general liability market for contractors working in California, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada and Florida.
Program features include ISO 12 04 policy form with a manifestation and a sunset clause. Minimum premium is $1,200. Condominium and townhome remodeling coverage is available. Tract homes work is acceptable. Maximum subout is 80 percent. Apartment work is acceptable. CG 2010 (11/85) available for commercial work.
The admitted program will be accesible to exclusive producers who specialize in construction, and was designed to provide admitted coverage for new construction and high risk classes.
