ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Environmental, a division of the property and casualty subsidiaries of American International Group, Inc. (ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½), introduced ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Environmental Property, an insurance facility designed to enable ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Environmental to respond to the insurance requirements of its customers by adding property insurance to its Environmental Casualty insurance. The new ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Environmental Property facility is a collaboration between ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Environmental and Lexington Insurance Company, a member company of ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½.

ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Environmental Property bundles general liability, pollution, automobile, umbrella and property insurance within a single program for small and mid-sized companies. The program has a $5,000 minimum premium and is serviced by a team of underwriters who are solely focused on this business and understand the intricacies of offering multiple lines during the quote process.

“Our insureds, particularly small and mid-size businesses, have been requesting a simplified way to get property and environmental coverage in one simple-to-write package,” said Joe Boren, president of ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Environmental. “By joining forces with Lexington Insurance Company, we were able to create ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Environmental Property, which will help brokers and our small and mid-sized clients simply obtain property and environmental casualty coverage in one program.”

ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Environmental Property insurance is underwritten by Lexington Insurance Company, a member company of ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½. In addition, ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Environmental Property offers $25 million in limit capacity.
