American International Group, Inc. has named Philip M. Jacobs as vice president and director of taxes.
Jacobs succeeds Peter K. Lathrop, who is retiring.
Jacobs, who will join the company in July, will report to Steven J. Bensinger, ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ executive vice president and chief financial
officer.
Jacobs previously served as vice president and global tax director for GE Insurance Solutions.
