Robert F. Erburu has been named the non-executive chairman of the Board of Directors of , announced the company today.
Erburu has been lead director since Oct. 25, 2004, and has been a member of the MMC Board of Directors since 1996. Erburu was chairman of The Times Mirror Company from 1986 until his retirement in 1996.
MMC also declared a quarterly dividend of $.17 per share on outstanding common stock, payable on May 13, 2005 to shareholders of record on April 7, 2005.
