Cybersettle, an online settlement company, has been selected by CNA, as its online settlement partner to assist with the quick resolution of commercial insurance claims.
CNA’s insurance products include standard commercial lines, specialty line, surety, marine and other property and casualty coverages. CNA services include risk management, information
services, underwriting, risk control and claims administration.
Cybersettle’s patented system is used by more than 100,000
attorneys and 10,000 claims adjusters, representing more than 1,900 claims offices worldwide to improve claims processing and efficiency. The City of New York is also using Cybersettle to expedite the resolution of claims and lawsuits filed against the City.
More recently, the New York Liquidation Bureau, a division of the N.Y. State Department of Insurance, announced its implementation of Cybersettle to address claims filed against insurance companies currently under its control.
