CNA Global Specialty Lines (GSL) recently announced their new, Employment Practices Liability Risk Management Services program. This program provides easy access to both legal and human resources consultants and information to help reduce exposures to costly employment litigation and claims.
GSL has been working with Fisher & Phillips LLP, a leading labor and employment practices law firm, to provide insureds with practical guidelines and educational tools. Such tools include a sample employee handbook, handbook questionnaire, employment guidelines, employment practice self-audit and a variety of employment law pamphlets available on GSL’s website. GSL is also offering free consulting advice to their insureds through the Best Practices Risk Management Hotline provided by AGOS; a national research and development firm focused on preventing loss and litigation from workplace risks. Trained advisers will answer specific human resource questions and provide pertinent information.
