The “DART 2000-1” offering will likely feature four senior tranches: a $190 million Class A1, a $274 million Class A2, $168 million Class A3 and $83 million Class A4.
The deal will likely be structured with a $24 million A-rated trance and a $13 million BBB-rated piece, according to a Reuters news service report.
