BenefitMall.com has completed its acquisition of two units of the Mather Cos., a general agency and third party administrator of employee benefit programs. “This acquisition is an important one for us as it significantly and strategically expands the scope of our existing broker network to include the important Mid-Atlantic region,” said Bernard DiFiore, president and CEO of BenefitMall. BenefitMall.com provides an online marketplace for buyers, sellers and providers of small business employee benefits. Headquartered in Dallas, BenefitMall.com operates a national sales and service center to support Internet-based activities as well as sales and support offices in most major metropolitan markets throughout the country.
