Alera Group, headquartered in Deerfield, Illinois, appointed Talicia Bashford as managing director of the Midwest region. Bashford will lead the growth of Alera Group’s capabilities and market share across the Midwest. She will focus on collaboration across offices, regions and practices, and enhance operational efficiency.
Bashford joined Alera Group in 2024 as Mid-Atlantic property & casualty practice leader. She has over 20 years of leadership experience, most recently serving as president of AssuredPartners of Chicago after serving as its chief operating officer, Illinois platform.
