Holmes Murphy announced its expansion into a second location in the Des Moines metro area. The company officially signed a lease for space in the located at 7000 Vista Drive in West Des Moines.
The Arcadia building is a newly refurbished, 270,000-square-foot building in the Country Club Office Plaza. Holmes Murphy will occupy approximately 75,000 square feet of the space.
Holmes Murphy’s office building located at 2727 Grand Prairie Parkway in Waukee will remain the company’s headquarters. The company says this second location is meant to help accommodate and guide its growth for the next several years.
Holmes Murphy will join ITA Group as tenants in the Arcadia building. The anticipated move date for a portion of Holmes Murphy’s Waukee staff is Fall 2025.
