First MainStreet Insurance L.C. (FMSI), an affiliate of TrueNorth Companies L.C., closed out 2022 with adding three additional partner agencies to the platform. In total, the firm completed 11 new partnerships in 2022, ten in the state of Iowa and one in South Dakota.
Wegner Insurance Agency, located in Sumner, Iowa, joined FMSI at the beginning of December. Led by Doyle Wegner for many years, Wegner Insurance Agency has had a successful career in insurance and the acquisition is key to FMSI’s continued growth in northeast Iowa.
The second agency joining the FMSI platform at the end of December was McFadden Insurance Services. Founded by Sue McFadden, the firm writes dentists’ offices around the state of Iowa and is known as an expert in her craft. FMSI is eager to engage in McFadden’s specialization and promote its niche to the existing partner agencies.
The third acquisition in December, FMSI announces the acquisition of Pacha Insurance Agency in Fairfield, Iowa. David Pacha is a second-generation insurance agency owner, having acquired the agency from his father. This agency’s inception dates back to 1954. If Fairfield rings a bell, this is FMSI’s third acquisition to date in this great southeastern Iowa town.
