Chuck Fillizola has joined Naperville, Ill.-based Instec as president and chief revenue officer.
In this newly created position, he will be responsible for all frontline revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, account management, and engagement management.
Fillizola brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in insurance technology to software provider Instec as the company expands its position in the commercial property/casualty insurance market.
Fillizola joins Instec from Orchid Underwriters where he was chief information officer. Prior to Orchid, he held positions as CIO at Sompo Japan America and director of Technology at Munich Re. He also spent over 10 years with insurance service providers as chief strategy officer at CSC and president of MFX.
