Midwest Employers Casualty (MEC) has appointed Nathan Cox as vice president of sales.
Cox succeeds Steven Link, who is retiring. The appointment is effective immediately.
Cox will be responsible for revenue, sales growth and market penetration and will lead the sales team in growing sales revenues while meeting or exceeding profitability and budgetary objectives.

A veteran of MEC since 2002, he has a strong background in the insurance industry and has held numerous positions in both sales and underwriting.
MEC is a member company of Berkley, whose insurance company members are rated A+ (Superior) by A.M. Best Company.
