J.M. Wilson has promoted Kristin O’Leary to director of Training & Strategic Quality, in its Portage, Michigan office.
O’Leary’s previous role as director of Strategic Quality, will now be expanded to incorporate training. This includes designing and implementing training initiatives, as well as overseeing the training department in its entirety.
O’Leary has been a part of the JM Wilson family for 14 years. First joining the company as a marketing intern in 2005 and has held numerous positions ever since. She has earned her Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and has as completed the Advanced Project Management Program through Stanford.
