Patrick Moore has joined Lockton as senior vice president and employee benefits consultant for Lockton Midwest with his primary office in Chicago.
He brings more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry focusing on employee benefits. Moore will partner with employers to create programs that offer a high level of benefits while mitigating price increases.
The unemployment rate in the Chicago area has dropped 0.9 percent in the past year to 4.3 percent. While experiencing an uptick in the employment rate, Illinois has had five consecutive years of population loss, losing 45,000 people in 2018 alone. Employers need a competitive benefits program that meets the needs of their employees and organization.
Moore is experienced in creating personalized benefits programs. He spent 12 years leading Diversified Insurance Services of Illinois, his own employee benefits firm. After selling the firm to USI, he remained with them as a senior vice president for 15 years before moving to Lockton.
Moore is part of the Midwest series which encompasses offices in Illinois, Missouri, Western Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
