Hanover Stone Solutions, an advisory firm providing risk consulting services, including enterprise risk management (ERM), ORSA compliance and strategic planning consulting, to U.S. property/casualty and life insurance companies, has appointed Edward “Ned” K. Loughridge as a senior advisor in Chicago.
Loughridge is one of three new executives will have prominent roles in the firm’s recently formed Strategic Planning Consulting practice, which helps insurance executives identify, evaluate and capitalize on their company’s key opportunities for growth and sustainability.
The other two are Joanne Morrissey and Gary Dubois, who are based in New York City.
Loughridge also is president of Caledonia Marketing LLC, which advises insurers on marketing. He is a lecturer in risk management, insurance and marketing at Lake Forest College and in risk management and insurance at Harper College.

During his career, he has held numerous management and senior leadership positions with Zurich and Kemper, including: president of Zurich Direct; executive vice president of Corporate Development at Zurich Life; senior vice president of Human Resources at Zurich-American, and vice president of Corporate Communications at Zurich-American.
