POWERS Insurance and Benefits in St. Louis, Mo., has promoted Christen Beardall to systems and training manager, and Amy Connell to commercial and personal lines manager.
Beardall will manage the company’s entire computer network, including hardware and software, to streamline the system’s efficiency and effectiveness. Her responsibilities include training new employees and mentoring new members for both POWERS Insurance and Benefits, as well as sister company Valley Insurance Agency Alliance (VIAA). Beardall previously served as personal lines manager for both POWERS Insurance and Benefits and VIAA.
As commercial and personal lines manager, Connell will assist the company’s producers when pursuing new business avenues, as well as serve all existing clientele. She will coordinate the commercial team’s lead generation and marketing efforts to ensure the most thorough insurance coverage and policies for both POWERS Insurance and Benefits and VIAA. Prior to this position, Connell served as a commercial lines manager for both companies.
