USI Insurance Services (USI) has acquired Forest Sherer Insurance Inc. (Forrest Sherer) from First Financial Corp.
Headquartered in Terre Haute, Ind., Forrest Sherer has been providing property-casualty, employee benefits and personal risk services for more than 90 years. The employees will remain at the current Terre Haute and Evansville locations.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
