Cincinnati, Ohio-based Great American Insurance Group promoted Sue A. Erhart to general counsel and Eve Cutler Rosen was named executive counsel within the company’s property and casualty legal group.

Erhart will continue to have direct responsibility for the staff and operations of the P/C Group’s legal department. She joined Great American in June 2010. Prior to joining the Company, she was a partner at the Cincinnati law firm of Keating, Muething & Klekamp PLL.

As executive counsel, Rosen will continue to work with the Company’s international operations and serve as senior counsel for the P/C Group. She has served as general counsel of Great American since August 1999 and has been with the Company for 29 years. She joined Great American from Aetna and prior to this, was in private practice in Philadelphia.
