The Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS) has ordered Alicia D. Bonner of Look Insurance in Madison Heights to cease and desist from selling, soliciting, or negotiating insurance policies.
The agency is located at 26080 John R Road, Madison Heights, Mich.
After receiving complaints, DIFS opened an examination and discovered Bonner was engaged in the business of insurance without a license.
